Strategies for Structuring Stories with Oomph
A Workshop by Anne Rutherford

$25 SSG members / $35 nonmembers
Identify the essentials of a story and develop options for telling it
effectively, such as a five-minute version, starting in the middle, and
telling from a different point of view. Participants will leave with new
options for telling the story they worked with, learning strategies to apply
to other stories in their repertoire.
Anne is a Portland storyteller who enjoys working on storytelling craft with
new as well as experienced storytellers, including writers looking for new
approaches to bring their words alive. Anne creates and tells original
stories that connect people with universal themes in their own lives.
